Our team
Geoff Zimmerman
Principal & Founder
Geoff Zimmerman, Principal and Founder of Shared Measure, LLC, is a social sector leader with experience in developing evaluation and learning frameworks, assessment and survey design, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and broad scale measurement strategies. He is passionate about helping organizations use data to measure progress, advance opportunity, and deepen their impact – both internally and externally to drive mission. Geoff’s recent consulting projects include supporting community data sharing strategies, assessing the impact of a large-scale training hub, assessing supports and impact of place-based partnership networks, and design and facilitation of communities of practice. Prior to founding his consulting practice, Geoff spent 20 years in the nonprofit, education, and place-based partnership fields where he helped lead the data-driven impact and improvement efforts of those organizations. Geoff has a bachelor's of science in business administration, with majors in organizational behavior and human resources management, from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He also holds a master's in business administration from the University of Cincinnati.
